Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every cuddle to be perfect! While we carefully craft each baby blanket, lovie, and stuffed animal to bring joy to your little ones, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return might be needed.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase required
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Knotty Friends™ Teething Blankets (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Silly Buddy™ Pacifier Holders (for health and safety reasons)
  • Any items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  2. Provide Details
    Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and reason
  3. Wait for Instructions
    We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Your Return
    Package the item securely and ship it to our address (you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs)
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Timeline: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Want to exchange for a different product? We’re happy to help!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item
