Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Knotty Friends™ Teething Blankets (due to hygiene considerations)
- Silly Buddy™ Pacifier Holders (for health and safety reasons)
- Any items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship it to our address (you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs)
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
