Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Knotty Friends™ Teething Blankets (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Silly Buddy™ Pacifier Holders (for health and safety reasons)
  • Any items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Information
